Tony Scott’s Suicide Still A Mystery, Says LA County Coroner

Legendary filmmaker Tony Scott died with an anti-depressant and a sleeping aid in his system when he jumped to his death in August, Los Angeles County coroner’s officials said Monday.
A toxicology test revealed the Top Gun director had taken therapeutic levels of Lunesta and Mirtazapine, also known as Remeron, before he leapt to his death from a bridge in San Pedro, Calif.

The cause of Scott’s death was determined as “multiple blunt force injuries” and drowning was also considered to be a factor.
However, the preliminary report doesn’t give any indication as to why Scott, 68, committed suicide, nor does it indicate any health problems he might have had before he died.

Los Angeles police said that interviews with family members and colleagues didn’t help them determine Scott’s reasons for taking his own life.
Scott’s body was recovered in Los Angeles Harbor hours after his reported 12:30 p.m. PT jump off the Vincent Thomas Bridge on August 19, police said.

Scott, the younger brother of famed filmmaker Ridley Scott, directed big budget films including Top Gun, Days of Thunder and Beverly Hills Cop II.
He also directed The Hunger, Crimson Tide, True Romance, The Fan and Enemy of the State.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star and singer Rimes have been at war ever since Brandi’s ex hubby Eddie Cibrian had an affair with, then later married, the country singer – but lately the pair has been trying to get along for the sake of Brandi’s two young sons.

Speaking about the shaky relationship she has with Rimes, Brandi told OKmagazine.com, “Right now it’s not amazing. I’m just saying… and I’ll leave it at that!”
And as RadarOnline.com previously reported, despite the two women apparently hanging out at soccer games together Brandi also sparked a fresh fight recently with a snarky Tweet…clearly aimed at Rimes’ recent stint in treatment.

Early in October Brandi Tweeted this thinly disguised slur: “Call me CRAZY but I don’t think ‘Twee-hab’ worked! Xxxb.”
Rimes, 30, recently booked a month in a treatment center for “stress” and “anxiety” issues after claiming she was being relentlessly bullied online.

However Brandi, 39, later defended the Tweet and claimed it was just a joke.
“Well if you put it on paper and you type it out… it’s not funny but I’m hoping in person it’s funny,” she said.

“I’m constantly going back and explaining what I meant or what I said or that I’m just joking.”

The Cincinnati Bengals cheerleader, who had adamantly denied having an affair with one of her high school students to the police and in the media, is now admitting that they are a couple, and RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal that the website founder she is suing knew all along that the sex scandal was true.
Former Ben-gal Sarah Jones, 27, pleaded guilty on October 8 to sexual misconduct and custodial interference without having to serve any jail time for the illicit relationship with Cody York, who at the time was a 16-year-old student of hers at Dixie Heights High School in Kentucky. She also admitted sending explicit text messages to York and lying to police.

When asked if she feels guilty for the affair and its aftermath, the former English teacher replied, “Yeah, what I did was wrong… And I feel guilty as to what happened and that other people were hurt in this, in a sense from our families having to go through this.”

As a supposed role model for young people, Nik believes the biggest victims in this whole mess are “the students at Dixie Heights High. The way she has tarnished and ruined relationships with the school – that is the biggest issue.

With Jones having dodged prison time thanks to the plea deal, Richie believes the case is an ugly example of the double standards of the legal system. “She got off scott free. If she was a male teacher she would be in jail right now. There is a double standard and that’s not fair.”
As for the youngster who she was charged with molesting, York, now 18, denies he was manipulated. “I didn’t like being called the victim, because I wasn’t a victim. I wasn’t a victim of anything. She never did anything to me,” Cody told Dateline.

“I don’t know if they will stay together,” said Richie. “He is a student and the nature of that is he is still learning.

“Lindsay called the cops for trespassing but they opened the gates for us to come up… When we were leaving she threw Josh out and we picked him up in the car and he spilled the beans about everything she is doing.”

Michael says Lindsay’s entire camp is fed up with her downward spiral and everybody knows she needs help.
“Her whole team has had it with her. All of them want to her to get treatment,” Michael said.

Nadya “Octo-Mom” Suleman is hitting back at the women who leveled the shocking accusations that her children are sexually abusive to each other, telling RadarOnline.com that the claims are false.
“None of the allegations are true,” the mother of 14 told RadarOnline.com.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, CBS2 News reported that Octo-Mom has been under investigation by the La Habra Police following her former nannies complaints that her one of her older sons was abusing a younger daughter.

Joran Van Der Sloot ‘Has Never Met Woman Who Claims He Got Her Pregnant,’ Says Lawyer

There won’t be any baby showers thrown for Joran van der Sloot at Piedras Gordas prison any time soon, as his attorney has confirmed to RadarOnline.com that a Peruvian woman’s claim that she is expecting his child is completely false.
“It is not true that Joran got someone pregnant,” the convicted killer’s lawyer Aldo-Favio Cotrina told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview. “He doesn’t have any conjugal visitation, in order to get that you have to be married as it is only allowed with a wife,” he explained.

As Radar previously reported, a woman identified as “Leidi” told Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf that the 25-year-old had knocked her up, but Cotrina revealed his client has never even met the impostor, who has since been named as Carol Figueroa Uceda.
“The lady who went to Piedras Gordas prison to see Joran had a baby boy in her arms who is by coincidence a white color and looks different to any Peruvian baby, who have darker skin. That is not from Joran either!”

Uceda is far from the first female who has tried to get up close and personal with the Dutchman, who is currently serving a 28-year sentence for the May 2010 murder of 21-year-old student Stephany Flores in a Lima hotel room, and she is the latest in a string of “stalkers” obsessed with the killer.
“There are a lot of women who want to meet Joran van der Sloot. Recently one girl from Germany and another from Switzerland. They asked Maximo (Altez) to let them visit Joran. They wanted to see and talk with him,” Cotrina told Radar.

“The German female was beautiful and gorgeous with blue eyes and blonde hair. She was in Lima calling for five days begging Maximo. The other girl was there 10 days, trying to get to see him because she wanted visitation with Joran.
“They aren’t older ladies, they are young females of 23 or 24, the German was a college student.”

Neither girl managed to gain access into the high security prison, as the only visitors he is allowed are his main attorney, Altez, and his mother, Anita.
“At Piedras Gordas, you go by the book and they only allow direct family,” said Cotrina.

Despite the strict rules, some women do successfully sneak into the prison by telling the guards they are visiting other inmates, he went on to reveal.
“They come with the excuse that they are going to see someone else and when they get in to see these supposed relatives they go into the other building where Joran is held. They bypass the rules to get in there. Once they are in, they are free to go anywhere in the facility. The women are smart and it is nothing the guards can control,” he claimed.

Contrina couldn’t confirm whether the young, single killer sleeps with these women, however. “I don’t like to talk in the press about how he likes to handle his emotional feelings that he has. It is a dangerous system,” he told Radar.
“Even in America women go to the prisons to get boyfriends, they get obsessed and want boyfriends and a relationship. The same thing happens in Peru.”

When it comes to women who lie about being impregnated by inmates like Joran, his attorney feels that the women’s babies are the real ones that suffer.
“When the baby comes out it will grow up and when it starts going to school someone can Google his name or his mother’s name and link them to Joran.

“It is not fair that any baby be linked with him,” he argued.
Last June, Van der Sloot was the target of a fake wedding hoax when people who organize mass marriage ceremonies at the prison spread a rumor he was going to tie the knot.

Heading into her fifth season on the hit Bravo show, the insider says Teresa’s been urged to consider ending her 15 minutes of fame for the sake of her family, but Teresa just can’t give it up.

“Teresa doesn’t care about anything but the fame,” the source said.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey reunion show turns nasty when Teresa Giudice and Jacqueline Laurita get into a war over cheating husbands and RadarOnline.com has a sneak peek of the ladies going at it.
The trouble starts when host Andy Cohen asks Jacqueline about her thoughts on Teresa and Joe Giudice‘s marriage and while she first declines to answer, Teresa antagonizes her by claiming that Jacqueline’s husband, Chris, has cheated on her.

“Didn’t he cheat on you a long time ago? That’s what you told me,” Teresa says, which Jacqueline denies.
“Fine, then he didn’t cheat on you. That’s why you told me you didn’t trust him. That’s why he’s not allowed to go out.”

And that’s all it took for Jacqueline to unleash on Teresa!
“Now that we’re being honest, he calls her those names all the time and she calls him names and then they punch each other,” Jacqueline says, referring to the episode where cameras caught Joe calling Teresa a “b*tch” and a “c**t.”

“Yeah I punch him like if we’re playing around…” Teresa snaps back.
“No honey, no, you guys get into some pretty bad…I’ve heard every name in the book,” Jacqueline claims.

“And now that you’re going there, you told me your husband cheated on you several times. You caught him with his secretary, the babysitter…and you asked me what you should do because my ex-husband had cheated on me.”
“I told you my husband cheated on me?” Teresa questions. “Jacqueline, if my husband cheated on me, he would not be sitting on this couch right now.”

Jon Gosselin Was Behind Malicious Tell-All Kate Book & Provided Hard Drive To Writer Pal, Says Source

Jon Gosselin secretly gave the author of a controversial new anti-Kate book computer hard drives containing his then-wife’s personal journal and confidential information, a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com exclusively.
Robert Hoffman’s explosive tell-all book about Kate Gosselin was pulled off sale by Amazon after only two days after two powerhouse law firms alleged Hoffman violated trade secrets and copyright.
Hoffman has maintained he pulled Kate’s computer hard drive out of her trash and that Jon had nothing to do with his action. But now a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com exclusively that Jon hatched the scheme for his friend to obtain the hard drives!

“Jon made copies of Kate’s hard drive and gave them to Rob as a sort of backup plan in case there was anything he needed in there while they were going through their divorce,” the source claims.
Hoffman maintains he did not get any of the information from Jon, telling Radar: “Regarding Jon, as stated clearly in the book, he had absolutely nothing to do with personally giving me any information whatsoever for the book. You should reach out to him personally to answer any questions about him.”
Rob’s book, Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled The World, is filled with what appear to be emails from Kate, the Discovery network, contracts and personal documents, many of which Rob reproduced in their entirety. (Radar has independently verified that much of the material is genuine.)

The book also contains allegations that Kate has been violent with her children and allegations that cannot be repeated by Radar because they have not been sufficiently backed up.
Hoffman previously told Radar that he called Child Protective Services on Kate twice and insisted in an email interview that Jon did not help him obtain the computer hard drives.
But now a source close to the situation has stepped forward and tells Radar that Jon was behind the scheme that enabled Hoffman to gain possession of the hard drives.

Rob recently claimed that he has even more damaging information about Kate that he might release.
“The other 90 percent of the material that I possess will not be published, ever, but you can be sure that if I’m falsely accused of anything and drug [sic] into court, or called a liar by Kate Gosselin or her lawyers, this information will come out then, including photographs,” Rob wrote to Radar in an exclusive email interview.
“There is so much more that hasn’t been revealed. I also have physical and photographic evidence to back up my claims in the book.”
Jon has not publicly spoken out at all about Rob’s tell-all book on his estranged ex-wife, and Radar has been unable to reach him for comment.

Ramona Singer Says Anderson Cooper ‘Was Right’ For Calling Teresa Giudice Out For Bullying

Anderson Cooper issued a groveling apology last week to Teresa Giudice after calling her out on his show for fighting with Caroline Manzo, but Ramona Singer thinks he was spot on with his criticism!
The Real Housewives of New York City star exclusively tells RadarOnline.com that she agrees with Anderson.

“This is what he said,” Ramona explains about his interview with the Real Housewives of New Jersey star.
“I actually watched the show, he said ‘Teresa you resorted to telling Caroline that she has three rolls of fat or something like that or that she needs a face lift.’ Teresa was commenting and he said ‘What’s wrong with you?’ and she said ‘Well did you hear what she said to me?’ And he said ‘Well what are you 12 years old?’”

Ramona, who has had her own fair share of names hurled at her from her co-stars, said she’s on Anderson’s side.
“And you know what? He was right!” She asserts.

Ramona went on to dish about her latest venture, the new Ramona Red: Sangiovese Merlot Blend, and says that like most things in life, she throws convention out the window when it comes to her wine choices.
“Sometimes believe it or not I’ll have fish and I’ll have a red wine, sometimes I have steak with white wine. The new red is deeper in flavor. Both wines I created are easy drinking wine meant to be had with food or alone.”

The “mini-Super-Tuscan” fusion with the addition of Merlot and aromatic oak to a Sangiovese base has a hint of sweetness on the first taste, but it gives way to clear acidity that provides balance she says.
And, while things can get heated while filming RHONY, Ramona says she has a simple reason for only drinking white wine on TV.

“I tend to get very expressive and move my hands around a lot and I would end up probably getting red wine on somebody’s dress. I tend to get those milk lips; I tend to take large sips which stain my upper lip and it looks like I have lipstick up there or something.”

On the heels of the shocking claim that Kate Gosselin used a wooden spoon to discipline her children, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that ex-hubby Jon Gosselin was fully aware and didn’t approve of her methods.
Reporter Robert Hoffman claims he found secret journals that Kate used to help her write her books, Multiple Bles8ings and Eight Little Faces, and said, “She uses that ‘Spanker’ on a daily basis for anything and everything. The spanking entries are endless.”
“Jon knew that Kate was using that wooden spoon with the kids and hated it,” a family insider exclusively told Radar.

“There was more than one instance where he thought she used it too aggressively.”
In fact, the insider reveals that during the demise of their marriage that infamous wooden spoon turned out to be a source of heartache for Kate.
“When their marriage was crumbling and they weren’t on good terms, they were both using whatever they could against each other,” the insider said.

“And the spoon and Kate’s methods of discipline were good ammo for Jon.”
Robert claimed he found similar texts in Kate’s journals admitting that she often worried about her excessive physicality, allegedly writing in the diary that she told Jon that she “felt like I may hurt his children,” and that she preferred it when the kids were “out of her sight” whenever she flew off the handle, because then she knew “that they are safe.”

In one entry, Robert claims Kate wrote that she was so infuriated after Collin threw a tantrum she “sent him to his crib and whipped him into it very hard…I never felt that I may really seriously injure a child, but today was that day.”
