Tom Cruise & Katie Holmes Planning On Taking Daughter Suri To First Day Of School Together

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are planning on taking their daughter Suri to school together for her first day in a couple of weeks, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
“Tom has been filming his latest movie in London but has made plans to be in New York for Suri’s first day of school, which will be after Labor Day,” a source close to the former couple tells Radar. “Tom and Katie have been speaking on the telephone regarding Suri and Katie has been very supportive of Tom wanting to be there when Suri goes to her new school for the first time.

“It’s a big moment in Suri’s life and Katie wants Tom to be a part of that. Of course, there will be security concerns and Tom doesn’t want to disrupt other parents and students at the school with his presence, which means he very well could slip in and out via a back entrance. Katie doesn’t want Suri to suffer because of their divorce and both parents are truly putting the needs of their little girl ahead of their own feelings.”
As we previously reported, Holmes has no regrets about filing for divorce and has been “blissfully happy” since making the life changing decision. “She’s been enjoying the company of her family a lot more, something she couldn’t really do when she was married to Tom. He controlled who she saw and he often wasn’t so approving of her family,” an insider previously told Radar.

“Katie’s desire for Suri to enroll in school was one of the main reasons why she decided to split from Tom. Tom’s two children with Nicole Kidman were home schooled by Scientology tutors and he wanted the same for Suri. However, Katie had completely different plans and has already enrolled Suri in an elite private school. Tom doesn’t like it, but he has reluctantly accepted this is the way it’s going to be and will absolutely be a big part of Suri’s life at school. Both Tom and Katie will take part in parent/teacher conferences and other school activities that Suri will become involved in,” the insider says.

Evelyn Lozada Planning To File For Divorce After Chad ‘Ochocino’ Johnson’s Alleged Cheating & Beating

In light of allegations of both domestic assault and a pre-marital affair, Basketball Wives star Evelyn Lozada is taking a strong stance against her estranged husband Chad “Ochocino” Johnson by filing for divorce after less than six weeks of marriage.
The legal papers are expected to be filed in a Miami, Florida courtroom within the next 48 hours, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.

The move to end the marriage after just 40 days comes during a tumultuous week that began with the NFL star’s arrest on Saturday night for allegedly physically attacking Lozada.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, last weekend’s altercation between the newlyweds, who tied the knot on July 4, started when the couple was driving home from dinner and Evelyn found a receipt for condoms in the car. The argument turned physical, Lozada told cops, and her husband head-butted her.

The six-time Pro Bowl receiver was then arrested by Davie, Florida police and released from jail on $2,500 bond Sunday after being charged with simple domestic battery, a misdemeanor.
As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, Evelyn’s suspicions that Chad was cheating were verified when a Boston woman came forward and claimed she had a heated affair with the former New England Patriots player from January to May.

After being picked up by the Miami Dolphins earlier this year when the Patriots cut him, the wide receiver’s contract was terminated by the team within 24 hours of the domestic abuse scandal, and not only is he off the team, publicity-hungry Johnson, 34, is also off the air because VH1 canceled the reality show Ev & Ocho about him and Lozada’s Caribbean wedding that was set to air in September.
Earlier on Tuesday, Lozada took the high road by releasing a public statement describing her sadness over the domestic violence incident. “I am deeply disappointed that Chad has failed to take responsibility for his actions and made false accusations against me, it is my sincere hope that he seeks the help he needs to overcome his troubles,” wrote the Basketball Wives star.

Kanye West has asked a private jeweler to make an engagement ring for Kim Kardashian by using diamonds and rubies from his late mom Donda’s personal jewelry collection, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
The Gold Digger rapper is then planning to propose to the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star once her divorce from Kris Humphries is finalized.
“Kanye picked out some of Donda’s most expensive pieces, including some diamond earrings and a ruby ring,” a source close to Kanye tells Radar.

“He then gave them to a private jeweler friend to make Kim a one-of-a-kind engagement ring.
“Donda was such an important person in Kanye’s life, he thought the world of her and was devastated when she died. So, he kept all her jewelry as keepsakes – a lot of the pieces were items he bought over the years after he made it as a hip-hop star.
“And now, Kanye has found a woman he respects and loves just as much as his mom, so he wants to share her jewelry collection with Kim.

“He’s hoping to propose to Kim with the ring when she finally gets divorced,” the source reveals.
However, Kanye’s sentimental gesture has been met with skepticism by his closest pals. They say he’s wrong to part with Donda’s prized possessions and have warned him if he ever breaks up with Kim she will keep the ring!
“His friends think it’s a terrible idea and are advising him not to give Kim the ring,” the source says. “Because it’s a gift, it would be difficult for Kanye to ask for it back if they ever split up.

“They’ve also reminded him that Kim is not somebody who works hard for her money. She makes millions doing reality shows and selling her image, and Donda’s jewelry shouldn’t be part of that image,” the source divulges.
Meanwhile, Kanye, 35, is also pushing Kim, 31, for a wedding in Chicago, where he grew up, or Oklahoma, where his mother is buried.
“Kanye’s an emotional character and has earmarked Chicago or Oklahoma as the two places he’d love to wed Kim,” the insider says.

“Oklahoma is his personal choice because his mother’s grave is there – and he wants her at his wedding in spirit.
“But he hasn’t ruled out Chicago, which he credits for giving him inspiration for building his glittering career.”

Emily wants to live where all the action is and that means Hollywood. Emily wants to do a spin-off show about the wedding planning and build a brand. She would love to have her own talk show one day and she has instructed her manager to look into all potential offers and make it happen. The Bachelorette beauty hasn’t inked the deal for the spin-off show yet because she’s still waiting for the world to learn that she’s engaged.
