Ashton Kutcher And Demi Moore: Fight Over Money In Divorce Settlement Could Become ‘Public Battle’

Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher have been separated for more than a year and although neither has yet filed for divorce, they’ve been privately working towards their financial settlement.
But according to a new report, the former couple may be headed for a public court battle over money.

Lawyers for both are “trying to negotiate a settlement out of court and out of the public eye,” sources have told The New York Post.
However, there are indications that the divorce could become acrimonious because Kutcher – the highest paid actor on TV — is allegedly unwilling to give his ex a huge payout.
“They still haven’t reached an agreement over money, because Ashton earned substantially more during the final years of their marriage,” a source tells The Post.

“But he doesn’t want to pay a large settlement.”
If the negotiations drag on for much longer, another source says, “The discussion could boil over into a public court battle.”

Rumors that the former couple has been butting heads over money have been rumbling for a few weeks.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, an insider has accused Kutcher, 34, of being “cheap” even though he earns a massive $24 million a season for Two and a Half Men.

The actor is currently dating his former That 70s Show co-star Mila Kunis.

Hulk Hogan Files $100 Million Lawsuit Over Leaked Sex Tape!

Hulk Hogan is suing mad over the humiliating sex tape that surfaced recently — filing a $100 million lawsuit against Gawker, who published a clip of the tape, and a lawsuit against his sex tape partner, Heather Clem, and her then-husband, DJ, Bubba the Love Sponge.
Hogan, real name Terry Bollea, stated in his filings that he did not know he was being secretly filmed when he had consensual sex with Clem six years ago in her home. And claims the video caused “severe and irreparable injury which cannot be adequately compensated by monetary damages.”

“Mr. Hogan had a reasonable expectation of his privacy, just as all Americans have a reasonable expectation of their privacy in their bedrooms,” Hogan’s attorney Charles Harder said.
Meanwhile, Clem’s attorney, Stephen Diaco, maintains that his client was not behind the release of the tape, “I can’t comment on the suit. This has caused harm to Bubba and he didn’t release it, he didn’t condone the release of it. He wants to find out who did that and he wants that person to be held accountable,” he said outside court Monday.

As RadarOnline.com exclusively revealed, it was a disgruntled former employee of Bubba’s who was behind the release of the footage.
A source close to the situation claims that after Bubba left his gig with Sirius XM Radio, he also left behind an unpaid staff — who he had shared the sex tape with — and one of them took advantage.
“Even though Bubba knew how much the Hulk sex tape would be worth, he didn’t stab his friend in the back and he’s not the one who released it,” the source said.

“It’s a former employee of Bubba’s who was outraged when he left Sirius to go back to terrestrial radio. He wanted payback.”

Now a source close to the couple has confirmed to Wetpaint Entertainment that the made-for-TV engagement is off.

Britney Spears’ Lawyers Set To Grill Sam Lutfi Over Courtney Love’s Bizarre Tweets

Jury selection will begin Friday in the libel and defamation lawsuit that Britney Spears’ former manager filed against the pop star and her parents.
And Sam Lutfi can be expected to face a barrage of questions from The X Factor judge’s attorneys – who plan on grilling him about Hole rocker Courtney Love’s bizarre tweets about the case, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
“It’s interesting that Courtney Love has now become a part of this lawsuit,” a source close to situation told RadarOnline.com. “She’s posted a flurry of tweets about Sam and Britney’s upcoming court case.”

Among Courtney’s many tweets is her opinion on whether Britney should be made to take the stand during the trial — something she makes no bones about!
“She can judge X factor but she can’t talk in court?? She was in court weeks ago talking…” Love Tweeted.
“If you can’t smell a rat in @britneyspears conservatorship then wake the fack [sic] up!” She followed up with.

“It has been rumored that Sam is managing Courtney’s career, so Britney’s lawyers will want to cross examine him and will want the jury to know what Sam has told Courtney about the case,” the source said.
“Britney and Courtney don’t know each other – and Courtney knows nothing about what Britney has been through in the last four years.
“Sam was poisonous to Britney – she lost custody of her kids while he was her manager, and she was also hospitalized twice for mental health issues. It’s no coincidence that she’s now doing much better without Sam in her life.”

Spears’ attorneys will also try to decipher if Lutfi told Love to tweet: “A ‘Svengali’ doesn’t take @britneyspears to meet @DonPassman in order to hire him as a lawyer! @samlutfi was bringing her to best team alive.”
“The fact is that people in Britney’s life at the time had to go through Sam to communicate with her. This will all be revealed at the trial,” the source revealed.
Meanwhile, as RadarOnline.com previously reported, Spears is “terrified” she will be forced to take the stand in the trial, even though the judge handling her conservatorship has ruled she can’t.

“Britney doesn’t want to see Sam Lutfi or be in the same room with him again, ever,” a source previously told Radar. “Britney is terrified that she is going to be forced to testify in the trial, even though the judge handling her conservatorship ruled she isn’t mentally competent to participate.”
Lutfi is suing Britney and her parents, Jamie and Lynne Spears for breach of contract, libel and defamation for comments the Toxic singer’s mom made in her book, Through The Storm.
The trial is expected to last nearly three weeks, with Lutfi, Lynne and Jamie and Brit’s fiance, Jason Trawick all scheduled to testify.

Even though Kardashian is happily dating Kanye West and gushing that “he’s the one” the reality star is very upset over the development because she claims Reggie was the true love of her life and hoped to get back together with him one day, a source close to Kim tells Radar.

“Kim is very upset that there are reports out there Reggie has gotten Lilit pregnant,” the source says. “Kim had pressured Reggie for a very long time to get married while they were together because she wanted to have a family with him. Reggie just thought that Kim placed too much of a priority on her fame and reality television though and he wanted none of it. Reggie was a part of the Kardashian family for over five years and deep down Kim has always held out hope that they would end up together, even though she married Kris Humphries.

Meanwhile, Kim is not happy that she is unable to move on with her life and that she is still tied to second husband Humphries.

“Kim is beyond frustrated that she is still legally married to Kris,” the source says. “Yes, she has moved on emotionally with Kanye, but she can’t marry him, yet! “Publicly, Kim is putting on a very brave face, but she just isn’t happy with the status of her personal life. Seeing Reggie move on like this makes her all the more determined to marry Kanye and prove to him she’s moved on too — even though she obviously hasn’t!”
