Lindsay Lohan ‘Needs Help’ Says Dad Michael: ‘I’m Not Going To Watch Her Die’

Michael Lohan showed up unexpectedly to Lindsay‘s Beverly Hills home on Friday in an attempt to stage an intervention with the embattled actress, and he exclusively tells RadarOnline.com she needs help and he refuses to watch his daughter die.
“Lindsay needs help. She’s around all the wrong people,” Michael said.

“I’m not going to stand for this anymore. She has to get better. I’m not going to watch my daughter die.”
According to Michael, Lindsay has been dating a personal trainer in Los Angeles named Josh Chunn, and he was in full compliance with Michael’s attempt to get his daughter help.

“A lot of people tried to stage the intervention with me. She is dating a guy named Josh Chunn and he told me, ‘I feel the same way you do. I can’t take it. They’re destroying her life,’” Michael told RadarOnline.com.
“Lindsay called the cops for trespassing but they opened the gates for us to come up… When we were leaving she threw Josh out and we picked him up in the car and he spilled the beans about everything she is doing.”

Michael says Lindsay’s entire camp is fed up with her downward spiral and everybody knows she needs help.
“Her whole team has had it with her. All of them want to her to get treatment,” Michael said.

“I will keep putting pressure on her like I did before until she gets help. She is not going to get better without help and she needs treatment and help now.”
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, police showed up at Lindsay’s home on Friday afternoon after a trespassing call was made on Michael while he tried to stage an intervention.

Lindsay Lohan to Dad: Mom’s on Cocaine
The Lohan family drama is full of rumors and reports, but early on Wednesday, audio from a phone call from Lindsay to her father about her hysterical mother was obtained by TMZ.
The bizarre call includes Lindsay telling Michael that Dina was “on cocaine” and “threatening” her. The spat seemingly started from the fiery redhead giving her mother $40,000, which she claims her mother needed for house payments, though Michael denied that it was the reason on the call.
Her concerned-sounding father repeatedly states that Dina is kidnapping her and requests to speak with the limo driver.
Later, the “Mean Girls” star told her father, “Dad, she’s on cocaine, she’s like touching her neck and s**t.” Police were called to the home, but no arrests were made.

Lindsay Lohan to Dr. Phil: YOU are the Fraud!
Coming to the aid of her mother, Lindsay Lohan recently blasted Dr. Phil for “taking advantage” of her mother, Dina Lohan, on his talk show.
On Saturday (September 29), the fiery redhead tweeted, “@DrPhil You should be ashamed of yourself. What kind of man takes advantage of a woman @her most vulnerable state? YOU are the fraud.”
Although the tweet has since been deleted, she later posted, “My last tweet was referencing my amazing, beautiful, talented, strong mother. @dinalohan.”
Afterwards, she retweeted a fan’s words of encouragement, saying, “@lindsaylohan ur mom is strong like u, Dr.Phil is an evil guy. Focus on your work Linds.”

Lindsay Lohan Assaulted In NYC, Suspected Charged

UPDATE: Cops confirmed to Radar that they have Chrisian LaBella under arrest for the assault on Lohan. “He has been charged with assault which is a misdemeanor and harassment which is a violation,” Officer Duffy tells us.
Lindsay Lohan has told cops she was assaulted in her Manhattan hotel room Sunday morning by a man she met at a club last night, RadarOnline.com has confirmed.
Lohan told cops she’d met the man at 1 Oak nightclub and invited him back to her room at the W Hotel, along with some of her friends.

An argument ensued over photos she said he’d taken of her on his cell phone. She took it from him, and he then punched and chocked her, the troubled actress claimed.
A spokesperson for the NYPD tells RadarOnline.com exclusively that they took the “assault report” of the incident at 6 am. The “victim” was not injured.

“We are currently interviewing a person of interest,” Officer Duffy tells us.
“No charges have yet been filed.”
Lohan’s TV flick Liz & Dick, which she’s hoping will help revive her acting career, airs on Lifetime in November.

Dina Lohan Denies She Was Drunk On Dr. Phil, ‘I Was Just Extremely Upset!’

Dina Lohan‘s bizarre appearance on Dr. Phil last week was such a disaster that many viewers wondered whether she was drunk and suffering from similar alcohol and drug demons that have haunted daughter Lindsay.
Now the celebrity mom has bitten back against accusations that she had one too many before going on air during the interview that saw her flipping the bird, fidgeting, giggling and avoiding most of the TV doc’s questions.

“I was absolutely not under, intoxicated, or on any kind of medication. I was extremely upset,” Lohan told Entertainment Tonight in an interview that airs on Thursday.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Dr. Phil McGraw told the Mean Girls star’s wayward mom: “You spent more time talking about cameras, are we rolling…that’s my business…we’re not here about my business, we’re here about your life,” as he became increasingly frustrated with her erratic behavior.

While Dina took the opportunity to deny the drunk accusations to ET, what she really appeared on the show for was to talk about another train wreck, former teen star, Amanda Bynes.
“You know, I’m a mother and I feel that that’s for her mother to speak about, and not me, because people have spoken for my child and myself, so I really feel that’s for her parents to discuss and Amanda herself,” Dina told the entertainment show.

When asked for general advice for parents since she’s been through similar situations with Lindsay’s legal nightmares and rehab stints, Dina advised somewhat vaguely: “Just be around… It’s hard when your daughter’s not, you know, over 18, and you want to let them go … and they want to, you know, feel like they’re in control of themselves.
“So it’s a very strategic place for a parent to be, but she’ll be OK.”

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, former Nickelodeon teen star Bynes was arrested for a DUI last April and has subsequently picked up four more misdemeanor criminal charges. She was pulled over and cited once again for driving on a suspended license in Burbank last weekend, which resulted in her car being impounded.
Dina’s words of wisdom are an ironic move for the woman whose daughter has had more court appearances than film roles in recent years.

Even Lindsay’s estranged father, Michael, is begging his ex-wife to seek help for her own problems rather than trying to solve other people’s.
“Everyone has already seen the real you on Dr. Phil and [with] Matt Lauer. Instead of a talk show, go to rehab!” he blasted at Dina in an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com.
