Jermaine Jackson‘s public mea culpa to Michael Jackson‘s executors totally contradicts numerous statements he previously made about the latest family drama involving Katherine Jackson, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
In a letter sent to John Branca and John McClain, executors of Michael Jackson’s estate, demanding their resignation, which was signed by Jermaine, Janet, Randy, Tito and Rebbie, they said their mother had suffered a “mini-stroke” because of stress allegedly caused by the two men. Jermaine also said on Twitter on July 19, “The truth is that Mother DID suffer a mini-stroke some months ago. She is fine now, but the timeline doesn’t alter the fact it happened.”

However, there was no mention of Katherine Jackson suffering a stroke in Jermaine’s statement Wednesday. “As attorney Perry Sanders has since confirmed, a health check detected high blood pressure with Mother. Rest was the sole reason she went to Arizona,” Jermaine said in reference to his mother’s health.
Sanders previously told Radar Katherine didn’t suffer a mini-stroke or stroke. Jermaine also said that the reason Katherine went to the Arizona spa was for doctor-ordered rest, and said at the time, “Mother is safe and well in Arizona with her daughter and our sister, Rebbie, resting up on doctor’s advice.” There is no mention of any doctor ordering Katherine to rest in Jackson’s statement though on Wednesday.

Jermaine admits in his latest comments, that Michael’s three kids, who had been trying in vain to reach their grandmother while she was away, weren’t being allowed to talk to her, despite previously insisting that no one was blocking Katherine from receiving their calls. Last week, Jermaine said, “No-one is being ‘blocked’ from speaking with Mother.”
Wednesday’s remarks from Jermaine though confirm Michael’s children were unable to reach their grandmother. “When she was away, and with the children in the responsible care of Tito’s son TJ, there was never a malicious attempt to ‘block’ the kids from talking with her. We simply worried that a call home would first entail, or lead to, conversations with individuals we are in dispute with and that would, therefore, increase pressure on Mother — and pressure was what a doctor said she didn’t need.”

Jermaine says the reason for a visit to the Jackson family compound last week with siblings, Janet and Randy, was “to talk directly with the kids and merely discuss arrangements for them to meet with their grandmother. We were denied that access by security — and it was clear that mutual suspicions had allowed events to spiral out of control.”
However, CNN, who obtained security video of the Jackson family drama, which captured Janet trying to grab niece, Paris‘ cell phone, is reporting that the security team didn’t interfere with the trio as they came onto the Calabassas property. “Security camera video did not show security guards interfering with Jermaine, Randy and Janet as they entered the Calabasas property. The video shows Prince and Paris initially greeting the visitors, but it quickly became a confrontation, according to witnesses,” CNN’s Alan Duke reports.

Jermaine Jackson also says he regrets signing the letter to the executors, which was leaked to the media. Brother, Tito, also publicly withdrew support for the letter.
Katherine Jackson lost custody of the children last week, and her grandson, TJ Jackson, was appointed temporary guardian. Katherine and TJ have formally petitioned the Court to become co-guardians of the children. Judge Mitchell Beckloff must formally sign off on the agreement in court on August 22.

Michael Jackson‘s long time nanny, Grace Rwaramba, is speaking out about the ongoing Jackson family drama, telling RadarOnline.com exclusively that the recent turmoil is exactly what the late singer had tried so hard to protect his three children from while he was alive.
Grace began working for Jackson in 1997, and continued to work on and off for the King of Pop for the next decade, including after he tragically died in 2009.

In an exclusive statement to RadarOnline.com, Grace says, “Everyone knows that Michael went to great lengths to protect his children from the public eye. While the use of veils and masks was unconventional, it only highlights how important this issue was to him. He understood, probably better than anyone, that growing up as a public figure, especially in the entertainment industry can be disaster…The recent drama surrounding Michael’s mother, Katherine, the ongoing custody issues and now the public dispute between Paris and Janet is exactly what Michael wanted to protect his children from. These matters have been further complicated by Gladys Knight and others recent and well intentioned comments about Paris. I have great respect and admiration for Mrs. Knight. As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Judge Mitchell Beckloff, stripped the Jackson family matriarch of her guardianship of the three children because no one could reach her for more than a week. The judge said he made the ruling not because of any wrongdoing on Katherine’s behalf, but because she had been prevented from fulfilling her guardianship duties by an “intentional act from third parties.”
The children have been embroiled in a vicious family struggle for more than a week now as Randy, Jermaine and Janet Jackson battle over the late King of Pop’s will, which they claim is fake. Michael’s nephew TJ has been a constant presence in the children’s lives and their attorney stated in court that they had no objections to him being appointed temporary guardian.

Janet physically tried to take the 14-year-old’s cell phone from her, and the children watched in horror as Jermaine and Randy got into a physical altercation with Trent, who is Joe Jackson‘s nephew.
Rwaramba asks that the public be fair to Paris Jackson and “give her a chance to make and learn from her mistakes without demonizing her. She is a spirited, very expressive and dramatic young girl. “Diana has no qualms whatsoever about the new custody agreement, she only wants what is best for the children. Diana knows that the children are old enough to decide who they want to live with and she defers to what they want. While Diana hasn’t been a big part of their lives because she lives on the East Coast, she is very fond of them,” a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com exclusively.

Michael Jackson’s will stipulated that if his mother was unable to care for the children, Diana Ross was his next choice.

Another Jackson family member has broken ranks to open up about their family feud.
Tanay Jackson, Tito Jackson’s daughter, spoke to Inside Edition to say that her grandmother Katherine is too old to look after the King of Pop’s children, Paris, Prince and Blanket.

“I don’t think she should raise the kids,” the aspiring singer said about the 82-year-old family matriarch. “I understand that she is attached to them and she has been raising them and that’s probably why she still wants to have a little bit more involvement.”
But, she added: “I think she needs a rest.”

Instead Tanay thinks Tito’s son TJ Jackson, 34 – who won temporary custody of his cousins last week – is the right person to care for Michael Jackson’s children.
“The best person to raise them would be TJ,” she said. “He’s younger. He’s a dad himself and he’s become a father figure to Michael’s kids…

Tanay also spoke out about the public spat between Janet and 14-year-old Paris.

“Janet means very well,” Tanay said. “She knew that Paris did all the tweets and that’s probably why she wanted to take Paris’ phone away, so she wouldn’t continue to cause all that hoopla.”
But, by speaking out, Tanay seems to have created some hoopla of her own. Taryll Jackson – the middle of Tito’s three boys – denied she is even his half-sister.

Referring to an earlier interview she gave he tweeted on Sunday: “Tanay Jackson is NOT related to us.”
In 2008 Tanay – then 25 – filed a petition in a Brooklyn Family Court to declare that the former Jackson 5 member is her father, according to the New York Post.

“I just was with them at the time and they wanted to support Miraval and all that we have done for them so they asked me to stand there,” Stratford exclusively revealed to RadarOnline.com when asked why she was present in the interview.

As previously reported, Michael Jackson‘s 82-year-old mother was originally reported missing to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department last weekend after her grandchildren, Paris, Prince, and Blanket were unable to reach her all week.

In her statement to ABC, Katherine told the camera, “I am devastated that while I’ve been away, my grandchildren have been taken away from me, and I’m coming home.
“There are rumors going around about me that I have been kidnapped and held against my will. I am here today to let everybody to know that I am fine. My children would never do a thing to me like that, holding me against my will — it’s very stupid for people to think that.”

Far from being mistreated in captivity, the Jackson matriarch has spent the past nine days staying in a luxury, private villa with a personal concierge booking treatments on her behalf in the Life in Balance Spa so she could relax and recuperate to the fullest.
“They enjoyed their visit and chose Miraval because of what we offer all of our guests – a place to live life in the moment. Whether that is stress reduction, health and wellness, relaxation or just enjoying time with family and friends,” explained Stratford. “Janet has stayed here before so she recommended us to them.”

As for Katherine’s mental or physical state, the marketing executive told Radar that she appeared in good health. “She seemed fine, she seemed very relaxed and they really enjoyed this little break.

On Thursday, a controversial tweet posted on Prince Michael Jackson‘s account bashing his aunt Janet Jackson, was mysteriously removed and replaced with a strange, cryptic message, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

As previously reported, Prince Michael broke his silence Thursday on the drama surrounding his family by tweeting a terse text exchange between he and his aunt which appears to show the Control singer did not want Prince, Paris or Blanket to see their grandmother, Katherine Jackson during the time she was squirreled away at an Arizona Spa.
RadarOnline.com has independently verified the validity of the text messages and Twitter account.

In the text — sent this past Monday at 4:52 p.m. — Prince Michael writes “This is enough so I am texting you for the simple fact that WE DEMAND TO SPEAK TO MY GRANDMA NOW!” Prince Michael sent the text to his aunts Rebbie and Janet, and also to another relative, Austin Jackson. Janet responded: “Don’t let them pls.”
The text exchange contradicts a claim made by Randy Jackson earlier this week that Michael’s children were free to see or talk with their grandmother at any time.

Those Tweets have since been deleted from Prince’s profile and replaced with “these tweets are not our own,” which was posted from a computer and not an iPhone, which Prince usually uses when posting to his account. The most recent Tweet has also been deleted.
“There is cause for concern because Prince and Janet did exchange those text messages that were shown on his Twitter account early this morning,” a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com. “Prince was up very late last night and was in possession of his cell phone. Prince fell asleep very, very late last night, so there’s a level of speculation that he wasn’t the person to remove the tweets — that someone else did, and then posted the new bizarre message in place.

“The children are absolutely safe though. Remember, TJ is their legal guardian right now, not Katherine. Even though she is home the kids’ regular security team are with them and haven’t been replaced.”

Something is really off, this isn’t like her at all … I wanna talk directly to my grandmother!!”

4. Randy said that he, Jermaine and Janet were denied access to “our home” by Trent Jackson and a security team when they attempted to take the kids with them to Arizona on Monday. However, he failed to mention that Paris, Prince and Blanket refused to go and that the house belongs to Katherine Jackson and has nothing to do with any of her children.
5. According to Randy, “The executors of the estate are using the children to try and put pressure on my mom.” The phrase ‘if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it’ springs to mind. Paris, Prince and Blanket were happy under the supervision of Katherine and her nephew Trent, who acted like a guardian for the children AND had Michael’s blessing to care for the kids.

6. Randy claimed that the estate executors were “trying to turn family members against family members.” But, as we’ve pointed out before, not everyone in the Jackson family signed the siblings’ letter to ask John Branca and John McClain to resign. La Toya, Marlon and Steven Randal Jackson all didn’t sign. It was this letter that divided the family NOT the actions of the executors.
7. Lastly, Randy said: “This family is united to right the wrong.” If that’s the case then why are they all fighting!

Security measures have been stepped up for Michael Jackson’s kids, Paris, Prince and Blanket, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
Katherine Jackson’s nephew Trent has told security guards at the front gate of her Calabasas house not to allow Jermaine, Randy and Janet Jackson entry into the gated community, following Monday’s failed attempt to remove the three kids from their home.

Trent has also made the move to make sure the kids will be flanked by more bodyguards whenever they leave the property.
“After yesterday’s debacle, Trent decided that Paris, Prince and Blanket needed extra protection from Jermaine, Randy and Janet,” an insider told Radar. “He doesn’t want Michael’s kids snatched from the home – so he’s told security at the front gate to refuse entry to all that aren’t invited.

“Trent also felt it was in the kids’ best interests to make sure they have extra bodyguards with them at all times whenever they are out of the house.
“He’s very concerned that an elaborate kidnap could be planned,” the close source revealed.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Jermaine, Randy and Janet Jackson were barred from their mother Katherine’s home after attempting to remove their brother Michael’s three children on Monday evening.
“It was just total chaos when Jermaine, Randy and Janet descended on the house,” a source close to the situation revealed.

“Randy was telling Prince Michael he had to leave with them and that he had a private jet chartered to take them all to Arizona to see Katherine. Prince firmly held his ground and told Randy he wasn’t going anywhere with them. The security detail prevented the three of them from taking the kids out of state. The cops had to be called and Janet kept saying they had a legal right to be at the house when in fact they don’t. The rental house is in the name of Michael Jackson’s estate, so they were told to leave immediately. “For the time being, they won’t be allowed to come back to the rental house and guards at the security gate have been told under no circumstances are they to allow them in. Paris was absolutely hysterical and kept telling her uncles to just bring her grandmother home.”

Michael Jackson‘s children’s court-appointed attorney, Margaret Lodise, will be asking a judge to strip Katherine Jackson‘s guardianship of Paris, Prince, and Blanket because she has been out of town for more than a week, because she believes the children aren’t safe following a physical altercation with Janet, Jermaine, and Randy Jackson, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
As Radar was first to report — and as was captured on surveillance video broadcast on Good Morning America Tuesday — Janet physically tried to take Paris’ cell phone from her, and the children watched in horror as Jermaine and Randy got into a physical altercation with Trent Jackson, who is Joe Jackson’s nephew.
“It was absolute utter chaos at the house. Lodise quickly determined that the children aren’t safe around Michael Jackson’s siblings and will be asking the judge to strip Katherine Jackson of guardianship of the children. Under no circumstances is it acceptable for the children to be subjected to any level of violence. The kids saw Jermaine and Randy get into a fight with Joe Jackson’s nephew, Trent, who lives with the children and Katherine at the house. Trent was simply trying to prevent
the trio from taking the kids. Janet kept asking where the kids passports were! It’s truly sad that it has come to this, but this was brought on my Michael’s siblings,” a source close to the situation tells us.

As previously reported Michael Jackson’s children met with Lodise on Monday evening after Jermaine, Randy and Janet attempted to take the kids to Arizona.
“Margaret (Lodise) went to the house on Monday evening as a meeting with the children was requested,” a source close to the situation tells Radar. “This came after Jermaine, Randy and Janet tried to take them out of state. Katherine has now been out of the picture for over a week, and legal options are now being pursued in order to ensure that the children are safe.
The executors of Michael Jackson’s estate released a statement, which confirms Radar’s exclusive report that Janet and Paris got into a dispute over the teenager’s cell phone.

The statement reads: “Yesterday afternoon certain Jackson family members ambushed Katherine Jackson’s home after their vehicle tore through security gates on the tails of the SUV containing Michael Jackson’s children. After exiting their vehicles, Jackson family members ran up to Michael’s children as they yelled and began to aggressively grab at the cell phones in their hands. Out of concern for the wellbeing [sic] of Prince, Paris, and Blanket Jackson, the children were forced to temporarily leave their home and taken to a safe location. An altercation ensued shortly thereafter and law enforcement arrived at the scene. Following the incident, it was learned that one of the family members who was part of the ambush admitted that a plan has been in place for the last three years to remove Katherine Jackson from her home and her beloved grandchildren. Prince, Paris, and Blanket Jackson have not heard from their grandmother since she left their home nine days ago to attend a series of her sons’ concerts on their Unity Tour. She never made the shows. Despite efforts to interview Katherine Jackson at her current location in Arizona yesterday, Los Angeles County Sheriffs confirmed that they were denied access to Mrs. Jackson by security for one of her children.”

Katherine Jackson has been in Arizona for over a week and hasn’t talked to her grandchildren during that entire time. Last night, Paris Tweeted, “8 days and counting . something is really off , this isn’t like her at all .. i wanna talk directly to my grandmother!!<|3″
Tuesday morning, Paris fired off another Tweet: On Tuesday, Paris posted on “Twitter: “9 days and counting… so help me god i will make whoever did this pay”.
Jackson’s children “will remain together, that is absolutely certain. The estate just wants to ensure that the children are safe, and away from all of this Jackson family insanity,” the source said.

Michael Jackson‘s ex-wife, Debbie Rowe, the mother of his children Prince and Paris, is extremely concerned for Katherine Jackson, and she’s vigorously monitoring the situation, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
“Debbie is actively monitoring the situation and is extremely concerned for Katherine. She has tremendous respect and love for Katherine and is also concerned for the children and is angry that Paris has been unable to talk to Katherine for the past week,” a source close to the situation tells Radar.
As we previously reported, Katherine Jackson, 82, was reported missing to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department after her grandchildren, Paris, Prince, and Blanket were unable to reach her all week.

“While Debbie hasn’t been a strong presence in the children’s lives, she loves them tremendously and is concerned for their well being,” the insider says. “Debbie and Katherine were able to reach an out of court custody agreement in the months after Michael died. Debbie had no interest in fighting Katherine for custody of the children. However, if Katherine has suffered a health setback, this could very easily end up back in court because Debbie has very strong feelings about Michael’s siblings having any role in caring for the children.”
Meanwhile, Randy, Jermaine, Tito, Rebie and Janet Jackson all are demanding that the late singer’s Estate executors John Branca and John McClain resign. They wrote a letter claiming Katherine was “so stressed” by the handling of the Estate she suffered a stroke, something Paris and Katherine’s reps deny.
A desperate Paris Jackson repeatedly took to Twitter Sunday morning. Michael Jackson’s 14-year-old daughter begged for news on the whereabouts of her grandmother.

“Yes, my grandmother is missing I haven’t spoken with her in a week I want her home now,” Michael’s only daughter wrote in the pre-dawn hours Sunday.

Michael’s mother gets $70,000 a month from her late son’s estate for living expenses. The sole beneficiaries of Michael’s estate are his three children and his mother.
Calls seeking comment to Rowe’s attorney weren’t immediately returned.

Katherine Jackson was blindsided by news a letter had been written by several of her children to the executors of Michael Jackson‘s estate, demanding their resignation, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
As we previously reported, several media outlets obtained a letter allegedly from Janet, Rebie, Tito, Randy, and Jermaine Jackson demanding that the Jackson Estate executors John Branca and John McClain resign immediately because they (the Jackson siblings) believe that the late singer’s will was a fake. This comes after three failed legal challenges in the matter already. The letter also alleged that Katherine Jackson was in bad health and had recently suffered a mini-stroke. Katherine’s lawyer told CNN she is in good health and did not suffer a mini-stroke.
Katherine “had absolutely NO idea that her children had written to the executors of Michael’s estate. Katherine was extremely upset because this isn’t something that she would ever authorize or support, period. Katherine has no issues with the executors, and she is satisfied with the work that John Branca and John McClain are doing. Katherine is extremely upset with her children for writing the letter, and is extremely disappointed that the letter was made public,” a source close to the matriarch of the Jackson family tells us.

On Wednesday, Michael Jackson’s daughter, Paris, put her aunts and uncles on notice and said on Twitter that she will, “defend my beloved family member with all I have, even if it means from other family members. I am going to clarify right now that what has been said about my grandmother is a rumor and nothing has happened, she is completely fine. I will defend my beloved family member with all I have, even if it means from other family members.”
According to our sources, the letter was written because “the wrongful death lawsuit that Katherine Jackson was pressured into filing against AEG for the wrongful death of Michael is turning into a disaster. Katherine has been deposed, and it was a grueling process, and it’s very taxing on her. The Jackson siblings wrote this letter, even though there have been three failed challenges of the will, and the statute of limitations to contest the will has expired to try and get money from Michael’s estate. Make no mistake, this is all about money. There is a very good reason why Michael intentionally left his siblings and his father out of the will. Michael’s will was very clear, and the beneficiaries are his three children and Katherine. Period. End of story. The Jackson siblings have no legal recourse as far as the will is considered and the person responsible for Michael’s death is behind bars, Dr. Conrad Murray,” the insider revealed.
At the time of Michael Jackson’s death he was over $500 million dollars in debt. Recent court documents filed by the executors state that the estate has a gross earnings of $475 million dollars, and the outstanding debt will soon be whittled down to nothing in the very near future. “Michael Jackson’s legacy and the financial legacy has been single-handedly resurrected by John Branca and John McClain, and the lucrative deals they have made for the estate. Many people said that Michael was naive when it came to business, yes, he spent money he didn’t have, but the smartest thing he ever did, besides buying the Beatle’s record catalogue, was to appoint John Branca and John McClain as the executors. Michael trusted those two men and respected them as human beings. He knew they would always do the right thing, and they have. They have carried out his wishes to the letter,’ the source said.

Katherine has requested “increases in her monthly allowance for expenses, and the Estate has never opposed that, and it has always been granted. The only thing Katherine’s children are doing now is causing her more stress than she needs. Katherine has an excellent lawyer who looks out for her best interests,” the insider stated.
Whenever the executors are about to sign a new contract on behalf of the estate, “the lawyers submit it to the judge for his review. Almost all of the deals are approved by the judge, even though the Estate often isn’t required to get approval. There has been absolute transparency in all of the business deals that the executors have made, as well as the debts that have been paid off,” the source said.

Michael Jackson died exactly three years ago, and RadarOnline.com is taking a look in pictures at how the lives of his three children have changed since that fateful day on June 25, 2009.
Formerly shrouded in mystery, Prince, Paris and Blanket had no friends, and in public their faces were covered in masks.

Once home-schooled and hidden away from the limelight Prince, 15, Paris, 14, and Blanket, ten, are now living a more normal life under the care of their grandmother Katherine, 82.
Earlier this month, Paris opened up to Oprah Winfrey in a two-part TV interview. She lives the life of an average teen — going to school in Santa Monica, California with her older brother. She has a Twitter account, plays soccer, went to a Chris Brown concert and stars in the movie Lundon’s Bridge And The Three Keys.
Prince also wants to act and become a director. Although he won’t moonwalk into his dad’s dancing footsteps he is keeping the Thriller star’s legacy alive by promoting the J5 Collection, a clothing range based on the Jackson 5 style.

Despite being home-schooled in Calabasas where he lives with his grandmother, the King of Pop’s youngest child, Blanket, is also seen in public. He practices martial arts with his siblings and appeared alongside Paris and Prince at the Jackson tribute concert, Michael Forever, in Wales last October.
Three years on, though, their father is never far away from the minds of the Jackson children.

Last week, Paris tweeted a photo of Jackson kissing her mother Debbie Rowe.
Coping with her dad’s death, she told Oprah, “never gets any easier.”
