Gwen Stefani Gushes About New Miley Cyrus Music
Less than a week removed from the release of her band’s new album “Push and Shove,” Gwen Stefani added to her media blitz by calling into the “On Air with Ryan Seacrest” radio show.
Among the topics of conversation, the No Doubt frontwoman chatted with the “American Idol” host about Miley Cyrus – whom she spent time with at this past weekend’s iHeartRadio Music Festival.
First dishing about her excitement over Miley’s record in the works, Gwen said, “She was so cool. I love Miley. She looked hot [at iHeartRadio] too. I asked her about her record. I said ‘Are you making a ridiculously good record?’ because she better be! She said she loves it. So I’m excited to hear what she does.”
The 42-year-old also commented on the former “Hannah Montana” star’s mixup with Flavor Flav, telling, “Flavor Flav grabs me [at iHeartRadio] and is like ‘Oh my gosh I’m so embarrassed, I completely thought you were somebody else! No body told me!”
“But its cool, its cool, its cool.’ Then he took a picture with me and tapped me on the shoulder and said, ‘Is that really you? Did you really take a picture with me?’” Gwen added, with the entire audio interview available for your listening pleasure below!

Flavor Flav Mistakes Miley Cyrus for Gwen Stefani
An unfortunate side effect of Miley Cyrus recent hair overhaul was revealed backstage at the iHeartRadio Music Festival this weekend.
The star-studded event brought together musicians from every genre and thus, Flavor Flav ran into Miley Cyrus.
Sadly for the “Hannah Montana” star, Flav thought he was meeting Gwen Stefani and he even shouted Gwen’s name while hugging poor Miley.
After the 19-year-old singer/actress showed grace and aplomb in ignoring the mistake, the Public Enemy rapper was told of the gaffe and proceeded to apologize.

Gwen Stefani’s Fashionable LAX Departure
With her entire entourage in tow, Gwen Stefani was seen arriving at Los Angeles International Airport on Monday (September 3).
Rocking a fashion forward ensemble, the “No Doubt” songstress donned checkered blazer, skinny jeans and red boots while her sons Kingston and Zuma and bandmate Tony Ashwin Kana made their way into the hectic terminal.
As previously reported by GossipCenter, the 42-year-old recently showed off her fabulous appearance for her Europeans fans as she graced the cover of the October 2012 issue of ELLE UK.
While sitting down with the mag, the fashion designer opened up about the inspiration behind No doubt’s latest album “Push and Shove.” Miss Stefani said, “[The album is] about being overwhelmed and the balancing and trying to do all of it.”

Gwen Stefani Covers ELLE UK October 2012
With her band’s new album “Push and Shove” set to see in its release on September 25th, Gwen Stefani nabbed herself a little added European exposure by covering the October 2012 issue of ELLE UK.
Always the fashionista, the 42-year-old singer showed off her colorful self in a McQ floral dress with an edgy Peter Pilotto top for the Matt Irwin shot front page while dishing about everything from the challenges of being a parent to making a musical career comeback.

“This is actually my third British Elle cover shoot. It feels really, really good. It was really easy, It was really fun. And its just exciting because the reason why you’re letting me do the Elle cover is because the new No Doubt record is coming out – and so, that makes it all the more real.”

Gwen Stefani’s Week-Ending Studio Session
Working on some new tunes, Gwen Stefani made her way into a studio in Hollywood, California on Friday (August 24).
The “Hollaback Girl” songstress gave cameras a sexy stare down as she strutted into the building in black Christian Louboutin heels which she paired with a white graphic tee-shirt and baggy pants.
Looking forward to a strong musical comeback, Gwen took to Twitter earlier this week to tell her fans, “Morning peeps gonna run the set today Can’t wait for I heart radio show gx.”
Miss Stefani and her No Doubt band mates will be taking the stage along with several other artist to perform at the iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas, Nevada on September 21st and 22nd.

Gwen Stefani Takes Zuma & Kingston Puppy Shopping!
Adding a couple of furry friends to their famous family, Gwen Stefani took her sons Zuma and Kingston puppy shopping at a Corona, CA puppy mill on Saturday afternoon (August 11).
The blonde beauty donned cuffed jeans, a striped tank top and her signature red lip as she and her little ones were spotted making their way out with two adorable Pomeranian puppies.
Switching to career news, the 42-year-old singer and the rest of the her No Doubt crew just released their comeback single “Settle down” less than a month ago and now the band has new cover art to accompany it.
On Friday (August 10), Miss Stefani tweeted a photo of the new black and white artwork with the caption, “Can’t believe El mac did this for us!! Incredible amazing artist! Gx.”
The amazing work will be part of their newest album “Push and Shove,” which is set to hit stores on September 25.

Gwen Stefani Hosting Obama Fundraiser At Her Home

Gwen Stefani is the latest Hollywood celeb to open up her home to raise money for President Barack Obama‘s reelection campaign.
She’s hosting a Family Day event August 12 at her Beverly Hills estate, with Michelle Obama as the guest of honor.
Stefani joins George Clooney and Sarah Jessica Parker in allowing campaign events to take place in their homes.

As RadarOnline.com reported, the Clooney bash was a $40,000 a head gathering of A-listers.
At the unique Stefani event, a family of four can join the First Lady and the No Doubt rocker for a day of what’s described as “child-friendly campaign fun” for $1,000.
Forking over $5,000 will get the family some private face time with the celebrated ladies.
