Whitney Port’s Pre-Fashion Week Crazy Faces
Making some silly faces, Whitney Port made her way out of a nail salon in Brentwood, California after getting a manicure and pedicure on Thursday (August 16).
The former “Hills” star checked out her freshly painted nails before walking across the street, wearing a grey maxi dress with a splattered bleach pattern and flip flops.
The 27 year old television personality has been keeping her fans updated about the progress of her fashion line, taking the time yesterday to post a YouTube video which explained how she’s preparing for fashion week!

Joe Giudice Will Stand Trial For Fraud, Faces 10 Years In Jail

The husband of Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice will have to stand trial for fraudulently obtaining a phony driver’s license, RadarOnline.com has learned.
In a court hearing Monday, Joe Giudice rejected a plea deal after he was accused of using his brother’s identification to get a new license while his own was suspended due to a DUI.

The state’s plea offer of five years in state prison was turned down by Giudice’s attorney, Miles Feinstein during the brief hearing in Superior Court in Paterson, NJ.
A judge then set a date of October 1 for Giudice to return to court to set the trial date.

According to the authorities, Giudice, 42, used marriage and birth certificates that belong to his brother Pietro to obtain the fake license.
His own license was suspended for Driving While Intoxicated after he flipped his pick-up truck while driving in Montville in January 2010.

The investigation began when Pietro, 39, was pulled over by Lincoln Park Police. When his license was checked by computer the search provided apicture of Joe instead. Joe was charged on one count of second-degree wrongful identity and one count of fourth-degree impersonation.
In New Jersey, the law states that getting a driver’s license by fraudulent means is punishable by up to 10 years in prison.

Giudice is seeking probation based on the fact he has no prior criminal convictions.
And the problems seem to keep on mounting for Joe. As Radaronline.com previously reported, his RHONJ co-star Caroline Manzo predicted that he and his beloved are headed for divorce!

“Teresa wants it all, and I think that the demands she put on him led him to make decisions that weren’t the best. And I think he resents her for it, and he’s going to pay the ultimate price for it,” Caroline revealed during a recent episode.
“Prediction: Something may happen where someone has to go somewhere. Teresa’s going to have to pull herself up on her bootstraps and take over. She’ll say, ‘You know what, I tried. I stood by him, but I have to divorce him now. And I’m gonna show my daughters what it’s like to be strong and independent on your own and survive.’”

Currently welcoming the birth of their granddaughter, Penelope Scotland, Kris and Bruce Jenner have a lot to celebrate, but there’s a relationship scandal that could rip the family apart.
The couple’s 21-year marriage is on the verge of collapse after Bruce caught the momager earlier this year cozying up to boy toy Todd Waterman, whom she had an affair with while she was married to the late Robert Kardashian, and old wounds are about to be reopened.
The 62-year-old Olympic champion was devastated when he walked in on his wife composing an email to her ex, but what he doesn’t know is that she went as far as meeting up with him for a romantic rendezvous, an insider exclusively revealed to the National Enquirer.

“Kris told no one, but she did go out with Todd, and it was an electrifying date,” said an insider. “Kris walked out of the restaurant where they’d met looking like the cat that ate the canary. It’s so obvious that she still carries a torch for him.”
After being busted signing an “xoxo” to Waterman, Kris made lame excuses claiming she needed final closure, but her hubby wasn’t buying it and stormed out.
“He believes, ‘Once a cheater, always a cheater.’ I don’t think he can believe that Kris has had the audacity to keep it up with Todd when their marriage is on the line,” explained the friend.

“Cheating is a deal breaker for him, so their marriage is teetering on the edge.”
Bruce is still reeling from the pain of his wife’s tell-all memoir, Kris Jenner…And All Things Kardashian, in which she gives intimate details of her relationship with the former pro soccer player who is 10 years her junior and described the “wild crazy sex” that they had.
In a recent episode of the family’s hit E! reality program Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Kris bumped into Todd, now a Hollywood animator, at a Los Angeles-area tennis club, where she gave him a lengthy hug and swapped contact information.

“Bruce would feel totally betrayed if he actually knew the length and breadth of Kris and Todd’s current relationship. They had continued to feverishly e-mail each other, flirt and text,” the insider divulged.
“I think Kris is covering up a lot of secrets and lies… Bruce’s feelings are still raw. I don’t think he can take much more, and will be wondering what else Kris is up to behind his back.”

Lauryn Hill Pleads Guilty, Faces 3 Years In Prison
Pleading guilty to three counts of tax evasion, Lauryn Hill could face up to three years in prison following her New Jersey court room appearance on Friday (June 29).
The “Do Wop” singer faces a year in the slammer for each count after failing to file federal tax returns on more than $1.6 million with the Internal Revenue Service in 2005, 2006 and 2007.
When Hill was asked if anyone influenced her plea during the hearing, Hill reportedly said, “Indirectly, I’ve been advised my ability to speak out directly is for another time, at sentencing.”
Not long after the hearing the 37-year-old singer typed out a lengthy explanation on her blog saying she chose to live “underground” and not file her returns for the “safety” of her family.
“Obviously, the danger I faced was not accepted as reasonable grounds for deferring my tax payments, as authorities, who despite being told all of this, still chose to pursue action against me, as opposed to finding an alternative solution”.
Hill continued that she was paying her taxes while she was “working consistently,” and “only stopped when it was necessary to withdraw from society, in order to guarantee the safety and well-being of myself and my family. As this, and other areas of issue are resolved and set straight, I am able to get back to doing what I should be doing, the way it should be done.”
According to the Associated Press, Hill will be sentenced some time in November.

Hilary Duff Faces Lawsuit Stemming from 2010 Car Wreck
The past is coming back to haunt Hilary Duff, as she’s just been slapped with a lawsuit for allegedly being at fault during a car accident that occurred in 2010.
The wreck is said to have happened in Los Angeles, CA with the suit claiming that on December 12 the former Disney Channel star ran her Range Rover into a car driven by Rachel Owens.
Miss Owens now says that she suffered “great mental, physical and nervous pain and suffering” as a result.
The documents add that the alleged victim was “prevented her from attending usual occupation for a period of time in the future” because of her supposed injury and she is, therefore, asking for unspecified damages.
