‘Did They Just Deck The Bride?’ Wedding Brawl Captured On Video

By Radar Staff
The City of Brotherly Love definitely did NOT live up to its name in the early hours of Sunday morning.
In a scene that seemed to be straight out of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, a brawl broke out between members of two wedding parties at an upscale Philadelphia hotel in the city’s historic district.
When it was over, one man was dead from a heart attack and three other men were arrested.

The 57-year-old uncle of one of the brides was found unconscious outside of the wedding at 2:06 am. He was taken to Jefferson University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead of a heart attack.
Summary citations for disorderly conduct were issued to two other men. A third man who can be seen being hit by a police baton, is still behind bars while the PD decides whether to charge him with assault on an officer. “It’s definitely leaning that way,” police spokesman Lt. Ray Evers told The Philadelphia Daily News.

It’s unclear what started the melee which took place in the bar at the Sheraton Society Hill, “newly refurbished after a multi-million dollar renovation” according to its website.
But one man can be clearly heard on the video asking, “did they just deck the bride?”
Offered Lt. Evers, “There was an issue with a lot of alcohol fueling the fight.”
Ya think?

Chris Brown Won’t Be Charged Over Drake Nightclub Brawl

By Jen Heger – Radar Assistant Managing Editor
Chris Brown won’t be charged in connection with the nightclub brawl involving Drake and his entourage in New York City last week, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
Multiple eyewitnesses have told cops that Drake started the melee in the early morning hours last Thursday by throwing a bottle directly aimed at him. A physical fight broke out between Drake and Chris’ entourages, with friends, bodyguards and innocent bystanders left bloodied and hurt. As evidenced by the exclusive photos obtained by RadarOnline.com, the club was virtually destroyed in the wake of the brawl. “There was blood all over,” an eyewitness said. “Both of their entourages got involved and it all got really out of control really fast. The club was unrecognizable afterwards!”

“Chris and [his girlfriend] have been interviewed by cops and at this point it looks very likely that neither Chris, nor Karreuche [Tran] will be charged with any criminal wrongdoing stemming from the nightclub brawl,” a source close to the singer tells RadarOnline.com. “Chris has been extremely cooperative and forthcoming with information to the investigating officers, which they are thankful for. Once the bottles started flying Chris did the right thing and just got the hell out of there. Cops have said they probably won’t need to interview Chris again, but if needed, he would be more than willing to do so.”
Meanwhile, Drake and his entourage are still possibly facing charges.

“Drake and his crew have no plans to talk to cops, and they are under no obligation to do so. However, the way the direction the investigation is heading there definitely will be criminal charges filed against the appropriate individuals,” a law enforcement source tells RadarOnline.com.
“Chris just wants to move on from all of this and focus on promoting his new album, Fortune. Chris is focused on his music and will lay low until the album drops on July 3,” the insider says.

Brown is currently on felony probation after assaulting then-girlfriend, Rihanna three years ago. It has been reported that the Barbadian-born beauty was the cause of the fight between Brown and Drake.

Drake, Not Chris Brown, Started Nightclub Brawl Says Eyewitness

By Radar Staff
Ingrid Gutierrez and a few of her girlfriends arrived at W.I.P. nightclub at 3 am Thursday, just wanting to have some fun. It turned into anything but as the stunning brunette ended up in the middle of the Chris Brown-Drake bar brawl.
The club was so crowded, the 21-year-old became separated from her friend before she bumped into an acquaintance who was there with Chris Brown.
The next thing Ingrid knew, she was sitting with Brown and his entourage and being poured $2,000 a bottle Ace of Spades champagne.

“They were all so nice,” Ingrid told The New York Post. “We were having such a good time. I was talking to my girlfriends, and I talked to Chris a little bit. I also talked to his bodyguard Big Pat.”
Everything went well until 4 am, when what seemed like a generous gesture on Brown’s part turned everything on its head. The rapper, said Ingrid, asked a waitress to send a bottle of the Champagne to Drake’s table. She returned with a piece of paper that Brown looked at and threw onto the floor.

The Post reports that it turned out to be the taunting Rihanna-referencing note that read, “I am f–king the love of your life,” sources have said.
Drake and a group that included rapper Meek Mill and their bodyguards then strutted over to Brown’s table.
“They got up in his face and were giving him the middle finger. Chris told Drake to f–k off, and the next thing I heard was smashed glass and the bottles started flying at us,” Ingrid said.
Someone threw a punch at Brown but was blocked by Big Pat — who suffered a big gash in his head.
“I didn’t see Chris act violently towards anyone,” she said. “Chris said, ‘Let’s go,’ but there were bottles flying and I saw him get hit in the face, so I hunkered down where I was.”
Her account supports what was previously reported by RadarOnline.com about Drake and his entourage being the instigators of the brawl.
Gutierrez ended up being hit in the head with a bottle. A friend rushed her to NYU Medical Center where it took five staples to close the wound.
EXCLUSIVE PHOTOS: The Aftermath Of The Chris Brown-Drake Bar Brawl
“I think Drake’s entourage are cowards for throwing bottles at girls,” she said. “I’ve lost all respect for Drake. Chris Brown acted like a gentleman to all the girls there. Chris tried to protect me and my friend.”

A physical fight broke out between the two at WIP nightclub in New York City and sources say they were fighting over Rihanna.

“Chris quickly called his lawyer in the minutes after the attack. Contrary to reports Chris didn’t flee from the scene, it was a very fluid situation and Chris just wanted to make sure that his girlfriend, Karreuche Tran, was safe,” a source close to the singer tells RadarOnline.com. “Luckily for Chris, his attorney happened to already be in New York City and he has been talking with detectives from the NYPD and with management at the nightclub. Chris, Karreuche and other members of his entourage will fully cooperate with law enforcement.”
Brown’s publicist released a statement, “Chris, Karrueche [Tran] and his friends were victims of a brutal attack last night at WIP. They sustained several injuries. Chris and his party are cooperating with NY authorities who are pursuing this incident further.”

After the fight Chris tweeted a photo of himself with a bloody gash on his chin saying, “How u party wit rich n**** that hate? Lol… Throwing bottles like girls? #shameonya!,” however, the Tweet was later deleted.
“Chris’ handlers told him to take the picture and the Twitter entry down immediately. It just wasn’t the right thing to do. Chris was obviously upset and recognized that he should follow the advice so he promptly did so. Chris will do whatever is asked of him and will be formally questioned about the club melee,” the source says.
